Package Protection Now Available!

No more worries upon ordering whether your package will be delivered damaged, items stolen, or not arrive at all.  Although we use a major carrier in UPS to ship our packages, and that UPS has a dedicated department to handle such claims, it is often a hassle to deal with lost, stolen or damaged packages. Available now at checkout you can opt-in and purchase package protection through ShipTect.

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, and you opted in for ShipTect Package Protection at checkout, simply contact us at Aitken Arms. Once our customer service team determines that your package was lost, stolen, or damaged, we can choose to send out a new shipment, or fully refund your purchase.
